Cancellation Policy

At Mivas Hotels, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, please review our standard cancellation and refund policies below:

• Standard Rate Bookings: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time (2:00 PM local time) will receive a full refund of any deposits paid.
• Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before check-in, a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's room rate (plus applicable taxes) will be charged to the card on file.
• No-Shows: Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date will result in the cancellation of the entire reservation, and a no-show penalty equal to the full cost of the reservation will be charged.
• Non-Refundable Rates: Bookings made under special promotional "Non-Refundable" or "Advance Purchase" rates cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

Early Departures

If you choose to shorten your stay after checking in, an early departure fee may apply. Please notify the front desk at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the following night.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 days for the funds to reflect in your account.
